This past Saturday we got to take a trip to the Children's Museum. I hadn't been to the museum since I was in school. So I really was looking forward to it. Plus we all got in free thanks to my husbands work, so that just made it that much better. We wasn't sure
how Noah would do so we were a little worried at first, but he ended up doing really good. They had a science area and the kids made boats and played in the water. Then we went from there and rode the carousel. This was Noah's first ride ever. Isaac ,Jonah, and Jimmy rode the ones that move up and down, and Noah rode one that stays still with me standing next to him. I think Jimmy was scared the most out of all of them. LOL!! Then we went and walked through the dinosaur are
a. That was lots of fun. The kids got to dress up as dinosaurs. The had a dig area were they could go and dig and find different bones(fake of course) and things. Then we went and walked through a train. And then we went on a tour of a tomb. The kids got to help dress a fake mummy. And then from there we just kind of walked around and looked at the different things. We had a really good day and we all enjoyed it very much.

Dinosaurs and boys? They just go together like peanut butter and jelly! Sounds like such a fun museum. And that's great that you all got in free. I'm so glad you got to have a fun day together and I'm glad your little guy did good!

My kids always enjoy going to children's museums. Free is GREAT!
Gosh you sure took me back down memory lane :) The first place we took our kids when we visited a new town was the children's museum. The one in Seattle, WA. was our favorite. It was set up like a little town with a store, fire station, restaurant etc. The kids would stand behind the counters and ring us up or take our food order! Sure missing those days.....hmm wonder what my hubby has planned today ;)
I am glad that you all had a good time. I look forward to going someday.
