My Boys...

So as we were driving home from church tonight, I got to thinking about our boys(all 4 of them). Each one of them has their own little thing that defines who they are. Isaac is our video games and sports boy. He would play every sport there is if we would let him, in which he does play a lot. And then if he's not out playing sports he wants to be in playing video games. But I would have to say his passion for what he likes is what gets me the most. When he gets something in his head that he wants to do, then he gives it his all. And I love that about him. Jonah is our school boy. He likes to learn, but most of all he likes to read. One night Jimmy told him he was grounded to his room and all he could do is read, and his reply was, "OK I like to read". He makes mostly A's and some B's. And we don't even have to make him work at it, he does it all on his own. I love that he has this trait about him...the want to learn! Noah is probably the child that has given us the most run around. He is very active and tries to do want he wants. But he is so loving. Just out of the blue he will say "love you mommy" and "mommy hug". I walk in the door from work and I see him coming running and saying "mommy home". Even though he has a speech delay, he always knows what to say to make you smile, and I love it! And last his Micah. He is such a happy baby. He has a smile that can just melt your heart. He doesn't just smile with his mouth, he uses his whole face. You get these big blue eyes, two round checks, eight little white teeth, and a glow that is to die for! He can say so much with his smile, and I love it! But even though they all have their own traits that define who they are, they all have one thing in common, they are our gifts from GOD. And I love each and everyone of them for who they are!!
